Friends and colleagues from our global community reunited in Santiago, Chile from 30 June to 3 July for our annual Latin America Gathering.

The event brought together more than 55 partners and representatives from across Latin America and beyond to exchange experiences, collaborate and analyse the challenges facing our profession.

Adapting in an ever-changing environment

PKF Global CEO Theo Vermaak shared all the latest on our global and regional strategy in the context of technological transformation, regulatory change and new market demands. Delegates learned about the ways our network is responding to this evolving landscape and the initiatives in place to support members drive further growth. Theo emphasised the importance of working together across our global community, encouraging members to take advantage of the knowledge and experience within our network to deliver greater value for clients. 

Learning from industry experts

We welcomed no fewer than five guest speakers to our gathering who led thought-provoking discussions on topics like business development, inclusive leadership and macroeconomics.

One of the highlight sessions saw Carolina Rojas Romero, founder and partner at High Sales Consulting, explore how to transform strong technical capabilities and trusting relationships into greater growth opportunities. Delegates gained practical insights into developing consulting services while upholding the highest quality standards.
